📣 About the Event: November Meeting of the Coalition on Aging Sioux Falls

You're invited to a meaningful gathering on November 18th at Trail Ridge Senior Living, where community, connection, and practical solutions for aging take center stage. This month’s meeting features Kelly Kelly, SVP & Retirement Mortgage Specialist with Fairway Home Mortgage, who will share powerful insights on how home equity can support aging in place and long-term care planning.


Here’s what to expect:

🕚 11:00–11:30 AM – Networking time

🥗 11:30–12:00 PM – Lunch served

🎤 12:00–12:45 PM – Kelly Kelly presents on the HECM for Purchase and real-life stories of using home equity to fund care needs
